We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for online Shopping. Availability information is listed for products sold by us on this website, including on each product information page. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provide when placing your order. Thus all sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. 2.3.1 Acceptance of your order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Make a Payment Button’ an e-mail will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Fishnets Lingerie. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). No contract will exist between you and Fishnets Lingerie for the sale of any product by Fishnets Lingerie unless, and until, Fishnets Lingerie accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below (2.3.3). Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the sending of this e-mail. To avoid confusion this contract is made under the jurisdiction of English courts and is bound by all English legal principles.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these Term and Conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order through Worldpay, once they have checked your card details you will receive a confirmation email from them. When Fishnets Lingerie have checked stock availability we send you a confirmation email and a further email on dispatching your goods.
Internet orders will be confirmed by e-mail. Should you not receive confirmation within 10 business days, please contact our order line on 01947 604702.
2.3.2 Non-acceptance of your order
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* The product you ordered being out of stock, see Product Availability (2.2)
* Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
* Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. See our policy on cancellations below at paragraph 3.
All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable current rates, but prices exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exceptions:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur anddespite our best efforts, a small number of products on our website may be mispriced at any time. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will charge you the lower stated price.
All orders have a nominal delivery charge of £3.50 for postage and packing within the UK, £7.50 for the rest of the world via Royal Mail, £10.00 via airmail, insured worldwide. (Postage for orders including Shoes is £5.00 within the UK)
If your order comes to £75 or more shipping is free! (excluding orders including shoes)
All orders will be despatched by first class post within 3 working days subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will e-mail you at the address you provide when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or we receive no reply to our email within 3 days we will dispatch the remaining items on your order.
If you want to return your order, in full, or in part, it must be at your own cost and require a signature. For more information see Returns Policy (3.2).
At present we deliver to UK Mainland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. We now also deliver to Europe and the United States of America. We are happy to deliver to other areas in the world but please contact us by telephone or email as there will be an additional charge.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order through WorldPay, once they have checked your card details you will receive a confirmation email from them. When Fishnets Lingerie has checked stock availability we send you a confirmation email and a further email on dispatching your goods. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods (this may take a few days).
2.6.2 Payment methods and exclusions
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and JCB but unfortunately not by American Express or Diners Club. We also accept our gif vouchers through the post and postal orders
Please note that Fishnets Lingerie does not accept cash or cheques through the post for goods bought on this website.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the aforementioned products.
3. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
All cancellations must be made over the telephone (UK: 01947 604 702 From overseas: 44 1947 604 702). Our office hours are 10-5pm Monday to Saturday. Once an item has been shipped it is up to you to return it to us (in a suitable condition) for a credit note or refund.
If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund via WorldPay.
We will be happy to exchange all goods providing they are clean, unmarked and in an adequate state to be resold.
We will be happy to exchange all pants if unworn, provided that on receipt of order all pants are tried on over another clean pair of pants.
Sale (Clearance) items and earrings are excluded from the returns guarantee and are clearly marked on our website.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. If you require a replacement rather then a refund please ring the above number to inform us that you are returning your goods.
All Items should be returned in the same manner and condition they were dispatched. I.e. pre-formed bras should not have one cup turned inside the other to avoid creping.
Send your returned goods via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. WorldPay will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order by WorldPay.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please return following above instructions.
We regret that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.
These returns conditions do not affect your statutory rights
We will not accept any item that, in our opinion, has been worn and/or washed, for a credit note or refund. We will inform you of our decision by e-mail to the address you gave us when placing the order and let you know the cost of returning the item(s) to you. Our decision is final in this matter and we keep a photographic record of all items, which are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee or 28 day return policy for a credit note for all goods in the condition in which they were sent to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Orders received from the 15th of November until 31st of December can be returned until 20th January.
Valentine's day gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to the 15th March.
Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.
3.2.3 Gift boxes and delivery charges
Gift Box or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items charging will be at our discretion.

Included with your order is a returns form with clear instructions on how to return merchandise to us for refund or exchange. Complete the returns form indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange and include a daytime contact number. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing the Returns Form. Send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with all their original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
