You may recall my recent purchase of a set through your website.
As per our email exchange, the set was a perfect fit. I was particularly impressed by the promptness of delivery but above all by the personal touch in your email response as well as in the pretty packaging and enclosed note. This was a different experience from my usual ones with Figleaves or Bravissimo very efficient web retailers but lacking in personal engagement with their clients. (I must confess to a mild addiction to lingerie, which is why I feel entitled to speak of a customers experience of these websites with some authority!)
Intrigued, I looked further into your website, which had never come up in any of my searches for UK-based online lingerie shops before. I discovered that the personal touch is not the only one of your unique features. You also stock unusual, lesser-known designers and a wide range of accessories to make the excitement of shopping more complete. I also enjoyed reading the story of your shops, seeing you and your staffs photos and so on.
I couldnt believe that a lingerie fiend like me hadnt spotted such a pearl before. As a result, I couldnt help looking at your website with a more professional eye.
I am a very satisfied customer who would rather shop with you than elsewhere, but I have also spotted a number of areas that could benefit from an improvement towards a much better journey for your users and ROI for you.
I really enjoyed shopping with you and think that the uniqueness of your brand proposition deserves the best recognition, acclaim and reward.

I have been looking for one of these night-shirts by Powell Craft for ages, I knew they existed, just couldn't find them anywhere, and with the birth of my first child imminant, odd as it sounds this is all I wanted. I would just like to Thank you for the quick arrival of my order. I actually ordered this two months ago from a different company but my usual size which is 34f wouldnt fit nor did 36f. I had been waiting for two months for another size but due to lack of stock they had sold out. I have had trouble finding another company that sold it but finally I come across yours and in Yorkshire as well. I think this has to be the best basque I have had and its just beautiful.

You are a credit to 'Fishnets Lingerie' and it is so nice to talk to a happy patient person at the other end of the phone. I am in retail and I have so much patience with the most awkward of customers, but hey! I seem to get them into a happy mood in the end. My employers do not have the patience and believe in the hard sell, but I think there is another way! I always ask the customers if they are happy 'browsing' and do not give any pressure at all, my boss said to me yesterday, that 'browsing' was not in our vocabulary! So now I think, am I saying the wrong thing, but it has worked so far!! Oooh! happy retail!!
